Scottish Youth Theatre is looking to expand and enhance membership of the Board of Directors.
We are seeking people who have a passion for our three touchstones:
The current Board is interested to hear what you believe you can bring to the company.
We are looking for people who can connect us to their significant networks, particularly at a level and a breadth beyond our current connections and equally keen to work with individuals who bring additional knowledge and expertise in areas of finance, law, tackling disadvantage, environment, working internationally, commercial venue management or media. We are also looking for Board Members interested in helping the organisation to achieve its fundraising targets by inviting individuals and companies to participate and support us.
Board members need to be able to commit time to both the core governance of the charity and to an additional area of work or time limited task to move the company on at a time of rapid organisational change.
We encourage expressions of interest from people who bring further diversity to our Board in particular race, age, disability, ethnicity, socio-economic background and Scottish geographic location.
These are voluntary, non-executive positions; reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
