Making Sense of Digital Learning was a collaborative research project between Scottish Youth Theatre and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
The project aimed to investigate and present the lived experiences of Scottish performing arts participants from a lower socio-economic background from Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Transitions and Scottish Youth Theatre initiatives, as they interpret and comprehend a range of participatory digital arts interventions.
Over the course of the week, participants worked alongside arts practitioners both ‘in the room’ and online, and participated in focus groups to share the differences in their learning experiences.
